PUBLIC COMMENT ON ANY AGENDA ITEM
- Motion to opt-in and permit the opening of bars for on premises consumption in Rapides Parish, effective at 1:00 pm on September 18, 2020, subject to a maximum 25% occupancy or 50 patrons whichever is less, and in strict compliance with and subject to all of the restrictions of the Governor’s Proclamation 117 JBE 2020, there having been two consecutive weeks of a COVID-19 positivity rate below 5% in Rapides Parish as confirmed by the LA Dept of Health & Hospitals.
