Public gatherings are restricted to 50% of the total occupancy of the State Fire Marshal and requires a six (6) foot minimum of social distancing, limiting the public seating a rea for the Rapides Parish Police Jury meeting to 28 members of the public, on a first come basis, in accordance with Modified Phase 2 restrictions.

Face Masks and temperature checks are mandatory to enter Parish Courthouse.

Motion to ratify authorization to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement between the Rapides Parish Police Jury and the Louisiana Department of Veterans Affairs for the period of January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, to provide support to the local Veterans’ Service Office, cost of $29,901annually, in monthly payments of $2,492, as recommended by the Treasurer, pending Legal Counsel approval and authorize the President to sign same.
