1. Motion to receive a proposal from SMG Worldwide Entertainment and Convention Venue Management.
2. Motion to approve the engagement of SMG to manage the Rapides Parish Coliseum per terms of term sheet, pending Legal Counsels review and authorize the President to sign and necessary documents.
3. Motion to request approval from the Attorney General to hire outside Legal Counsel to review and advise the contract between SMG and the Rapides Parish Police Jury for the management of the Rapides Parish Coliseum.
4. Motion to dissolve the Rapides Parish Coliseum Authority, effective July 31, 2017.

5. Amend a certain resolution adopted June 12, 2017 levying the millages so as to levy the following voter approved millages: Original Corrected Adopted Adopted Fire Protection District No. 10 30.98 22.59 Road District No. 3A 32.10 32.00
6. Any other business that may properly come before the Police Jury.
