- Motion to approve Change Order No. 2 to the construction contract with Progressive Construction Co., LLC, for the Red River Levee Recertification, Aloha Rigolette North Bank Project, 40 PARA 3301, for a decreased amount of $105,213.60 resulting from a change in the USACE requirements for the structural assessments of the Bayou Darrow and Bayou Rigolette Flow Control Structures and to repair the gate operators at the Bayou Darrow Structure as required by the USACE, as recommended by Meyer, Meyer, LaCroix & Hixson, Engineers and approval by the State of Louisiana Office of Community Development and authorize the President to sign same.
