- Motion to declare surplus the fallen/downed and damaged timber at the Cotile Lake Recreation Park and authorize the disposal of same.
- Motion to authorize work for Parish Road Districts and fund expenditures for maintaining and keeping in repairs the public roads, highways and bridges, the related damages incurred as a result of Hurricane Laura and Hurricane Delta within each respective Road District, as per the listing certified by the Parish Superintendent and the Parish Engineer.
- Motion to contract with Timber Boss, LLC to remove the fallen/downed and damaged timber at the Cotile Lake Recreation Park at no cost to the Parish and for Contractor to pay the Parish a rate(s) per ton for the removal of said timber and authorize the President to sign, subject to Legal Counsel approval.
- Motion to amend the authorized contract limits for work to be performed by T.F.R., Inc. and Tetra Tech, Inc. for work to be performed as a result of hurricane related damages said work covered by the Presidential and FEMA declarations.

There were present: Craig Smith, President, Oliver “Ollie” Overton, Jr., Vice President and Police Jurors: Davron “Bubba” Moreau, Joe Bishop, Rusty Wilder and David Johnson.
Absent: Theodore Fountaine, Jr., Sean McGlothlin and Scott Perry, Jr.
Also present: Theresa Pacholik, Treasurer; Sonya Wiley-Gremillion, OHSEP SPECIAL JURY MEETING DECEMBER 3, 2020
Director; Elaine Morace, WIA Operations Director; Cory Ashmore, Public Works Director; Greg Jones, Legal Counsel and Laurel Smith, Secretary.
The invocation was given by Mr. David Johnson.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mr. Bubba Moreau.
The Police Jury of the Parish of Rapides, State of Louisiana, was duly convened as the governing authority of said Parish by Hon. Craig Smith, President, who welcomed all present and then stated that the Police Jury was ready for the first item of business.
The President asked if there was any public comment on any agenda item, to which there was no response.
On motion by Mr. Rusty Wilder, seconded by Mr. Joe Bishop, to declare surplus the fallen/downed and damaged timber at the Cotile Lake Recreation Park and authorize the disposal of same. On vote the motion carried.
On motion by Mr. Bubba Moreau, seconded by Mr. Ollie Overton, to authorize work for Parish Road Districts and fund expenditures for maintaining and keeping in repairs the public roads, highways and bridges, the related damages incurred as a result of Hurricane Laura and Hurricane Delta within each respective Road District, as per the listing certified by the Parish Superintendent and the Parish Engineer.
