Agenda Agenda Item #3: Approval of Minutes A motion to approve the December 8, 2023, minutes as written by Nathan Martin, seconded by Mayor Wilking. On vote the motion unanimously passed. MPO Housekeeping Projects for Approval: Agenda Item #4: a. 2024 HSIP Performance Measures & Safety Targets A motion was made to approve Safety PM’s supporting LADOTD targets to the MTP 2045 document by Joe Bishop, seconded by Mayor Wilking. On vote the motion unanimously passed. A motion was made by Nathan Martin to add Agenda Item 4b, seconded by Joe Bishop. On roll call and vote, the motion unanimously passed with all yeas. b. TIP Amendment A motion was made by Nathan Martin to amend TIP, seconded by Joe Bishop. On vote the motion unanimously passed. Agenda Item #5: a. FFY 2023-2026 Transportation Improvement Program The committee reviewed the recently completed TIP Administrative Adjustments. Agenda Item #6: a. Federal Grant Opportunities, Awards, Next Steps MPO staff reviewed consultants and federal funding opportunities selected for application development, the DOT 2023 SS4A award, and next steps with MPO member governments. Agenda Item #8: A motion to adjourn by Nathan Martin, seconded by Joe Bishop. On vote the motion unanimously passed.
